A popular choice for groups, with ample parking on site. Tower Suites Reykjavík Eight luxury suites occupying the top floor of Katrínartún 2 in Reykjavík. A small, exclusive property with views over the city. Operating since 2016, under Flóra management since 2018. Flóra Hotels is owned by Íslensk fjárfesting.

Sales Coordinator - Flóra Hotels

Flóra Hotels is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Coordinator to join our commercial team and support the continued growth of the Flóra Hotels portfolio.
The role combines day-to-day sales activities with building strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, corporate clients and other partners. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management to identify opportunities and turn them into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and develop relationships with key B2B partners in Iceland and internationally
- Manage sales enquiries, proposals, contracts and professional follow-up with customers and partners
- Support corporate, leisure, group and travel-trade sales across the Flóra Hotels portfolio
- Maintain sales activity, customer information and account documentation
- Identify and follow up on new commercial opportunities
- Use data and commercial insights to prioritise accounts and support sales performance
- Contribute to a proactive and ambitious sales culture across Flóra Hotels

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in sales within hospitality, tourism or a related industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and independent approach with strong organisational skills
- Good understanding of rates, contracts and account management
- Commercial mindset with a focus on results and long-term partnerships
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with Travia or other reservation systems is an advantage
