

Project Assistant - Data Centre
Reporting to a Project Manager, a Project Assistant's role is to provide the necessary administrative and logistical support that enables project manager and project team to focus on the core tasks of project delivery, ensuring project is completed efficiently and on time. You will partner closely with the rest of the Verne Project Management Team (PMT) on site (Keflavik Campus, Iceland) to ensure a successful completion of the 15MW DC extension Project.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Managing project documentation and ensuring proper filing and organization, and organising events and business travels.
Communication: Facilitating communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinating meetings and managing schedules, and helping ensure project timelines are met.
Budget Management: Assisting with tracking project budgets and expenses.
Relevant education with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant working experience
Familiarity with project management software and office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Good verbal and written English
