Product Manager

Arctic Adventures is a leading tour operator in Iceland, offering a wide range of adventurous tours to travelers from all over the globe. We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to join our team and emerge as the expert of a designated product group, ensuring its exceptional performance in the market. As a Product Manager, you will be a driving force within the PM team, contributing to the strategic development of our holistic product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring product availability, analyzing sales data, predicting future availability, and optimizing tour dates.
• Leading pricing strategy, cross-functional collaboration, monitoring competition, and maximizing margins.
• Ensuring a standout online presence, enhancing website and OTA presentations for your products.
• Cultivating strong relationships with major resellers. Manage and enhance performance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Being the reference for your product group! Assisting in special requests, monitoring reviews, and elevating tour standards.
• Bókun Ownership: Managing details, pricing, and specialist bookings.

Qualifications:

• Education or proven experience in product management within the tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Icelandic tourism market, with a focus on adventure and nature-based tours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Bókun.
• Fluency in Icelandic and English, both in written and spoken language.
