Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the property are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. You will lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, manage daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating a comfortable and professional environment for both guests and staff.

  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for quality assurance
  • Assign daily tasks and manage schedules effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Support team development and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Handle supply inventories and report maintenance issues
