Global Project Manager

The Global Project Manager leads and/or participates in tactical and strategic projects for and on behalf of Sales Excellence. Using standard project management methodologies and working on various projects such as annual cycle projects, operational improvement projects, optimization of processes, new technology implementation and more.

The Global Project Manager supports the creation of a project overview for Sales Excellence and makes sure it is updated regularly.

What you'll be doing
You are responsible for a timely and professional execution of all aspects of a project, which may include:

• Documentation of project plans, milestones, approval and other project related material
• Simple BI reports and maintain BI reports and dashboards currently used for annual cycle projects
• Be able to create Adherence to agreed budgets and timelines
• Cost benefit analysis
• Stakeholder communication
• Execution of change leadership

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics or other relevant field
• Project Management certification is preferred
• Change management experience
• Experience in leading global project teams across sites, cultures and geography is preferred
• Good presentation skills & Strong process mapping skills
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
• Experience with building simple BI dashboards and maintaining BI reports
