Eleven Experience&nbsp;in Iceland is now seeking a Chef de Partie to work at Deplar Farm.&nbsp;At Deplar Farm we aim to give our guests a first class culinary experience with an emphasis on Icelandic ingredients and sourcing our ingredients from the surrounding area.&nbsp;All meals at Deplar Farm are made in house.&nbsp;The culinary team at Deplar Farm has been prominent in the Icelandic F&amp;B scene for the last few years.&nbsp;This is an exciting job with great potential and opportunities for the right person.&nbsp;The job is full time and is based in the north at Deplar Farm.
Scope of work:
The&nbsp;Chef de Partie works as a member of the kitchen team under the direction and supervision of the Executive Chef&nbsp;to help prepare meals and keep the kitchen and food storage areas clean.
As all team members, the Chef de Partie is also responsible for dishwashing duties, as well as all other cleaning/sanitizing jobs in the kitchen.

<li>Help the chef on duty organize and store goods on delivery days - participate in weekly deep cleaning of the kitchen.</li>
