Eleven Experience in Iceland is now seeking an Assistant Lodge Manager at Deplar Farm. SCOPE OF WORK

• Assistance with the day-to-day management and operation of Deplar
• Room inspections before guest arrivals
• Staff shift plan
• Orders and inventory management
• Communicate and collaborate with other managers
• Supervision of a multi national and cultural staff
• Assist different departments through out the day with various tasks
• Promote good communication between departments
• Enforce company standards among employees
• Develop procedures and operating plans
• Provide excellent service
• Work closely with the General Managers and Reykjavík office

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good verbal and written English skills
• Experience or education in hospitality management
• Independent work methods, initiative and service orientation
• Great organizational skills and flexibility at work
• Good computer skills are required
• Experience in management and training of staff is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Opera booking system is an advantage
• Lives in the north of Iceland or willing to relocate
