<li>Support users with system problems.</li>
<li>Responsible for helping DevOps set up systems.</li>
<li>Monitor the support queue and assign tickets.</li>
<li>Monitor systems to operate correctly.</li>
<li>Responsible for change management execution.</li>
<li>Responsible for stepping in if the system is not operating normally.</li>
<li>Supports software developers in improving the operational environment.</li>
<li>Help fix production issues and support the operations</li>

<li>Experience with system setup and configuration (supporting DevOps).</li>
<li>Ability to fix production issues and support operations.</li>
<li>Familiarity with change management processes.</li>
<li>Experience with user support, ticket management, and queue monitoring.</li>
<li>Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Icelandic</li>
