Senior Integration Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual ready to grow alongside our rapidly scaling company. In this role, you will assist customers in building seamless data connections between their ERP systems or other data sources and PLAIO’s cloud platform through our APIs.
Your responsibilities will include advising customers on best practices for integration, supporting them in the connection process, and contributing to a robust knowledge base to empower self-service for future integrations. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our development team by providing insights to enhance data models and improve our API.

Develop and maintain data pipelines from customer systems to PLAIO’s SaaS platform.

Design, implement, and document integration processes in collaboration with clients.

Provide technical support to the sales team (Technical Presales).

Maintain and grow our integration knowledge base.

Bridge the gap between customers and the development team.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.

Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data modeling.

Experience with and knowledge of using APIs for data transfer.
