

Receptionist at SPA
We seek a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our SPA in our prestigious 4-star hotel. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional hospitality and wellness environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests warmly, check them in/out efficiently, manage inquiries, and handle bookings for spa treatments.
- Ensure exceptional service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a professional and friendly manner in line with our hotel's standards.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, schedule appointments, provide information, and direct questions to the correct departments.
- Process guest payments, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with the finance department as necessary.
- Work closely with the spa therapists, hotel reception, restaurant and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Exceptional customer service skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and flexibility.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness/spa services is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
