Designer
We are seeking a talented and creative Glass Balustrade Designer to join our team. In this role, you will help clients transform their homes and businesses with beautiful, safe, and innovative glass balustrade solutions. If you have a keen eye for design and a passion for engineering elegant spaces, we want to hear from you!
· Design custom glass balustrade systems for staircases, balconies, terraces, and more
· Consult with clients to understand their vision, space, and budget requirements
· Select appropriate materials, finishes, and ensure compliance with local building codes
· Prepare and present design proposals and project quotes
· Oversee the installation process to guarantee safety, quality, and client satisfaction
· Maintain a portfolio of work and stay updated on industry trends and implement new design software.
· Strong understanding of structural requirements and local safety standards
· Excellent creativity and attention to detail
· Good communication and client management skills
· Familiarity with design software and technical drawings is an asset
