Account Manager
Teitur Jónasson ehf. is a family-owned coach company that has been serving tourists in Iceland since 1963. We are now looking for an ambitious Account Manager with strong sales and account management skills, with special focus on the Chinese market. The role includes building long-term client relationships, developing new business, and ensuring excellent service.

Manage and grow relationships with international clients, especially in the Chinese market

Develop new business opportunities in both international and domestic markets

Handle daily communication, quotations, and itineraries for travel partners

Work with data, sales targets, and planning to ensure growth and profitability

Ensure accurate bookings, follow-ups, and excellent customer service

Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or similar systems) for client management, pricing, and scheduling

Support colleagues with other tasks when needed

Strong sales and account management background
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry

Experience analysing client potential and reaching sales targets

Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar is a strong advantage)

Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Chinese language skills (Mandarin) highly preferred

Icelandic language is an advantage but not required
