As a Sales Engineer in Garðabær, you will work on real projects, real machines, and real customer challenges from day one. You will be the crucial link between our customers, the sales team, engineering, and project management. From the first quotation to final delivery, you will ensure every project runs smoothly and delivers maximum value to our customers.

What this job is about

You are part of the sales team, but with a strong technical focus. You work together with sales, our customers and project teams to build smart food processing solutions.

You will:

• Translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions, working closely with Industry Sales Managers, Account Managers, and global agents.

• Coordinate the full quotation and order process, including budget monitoring.

• Ensuring that the sales operations’ milestones in the sales process are met

• Work on projects from €100K to €2M (sometimes even bigger)

• Help design everything from single machines to full production lines

• Join (internal)customer meetings and technical discussions

• Work closely with teams like engineering, automation, installation, and service

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to know everything, we will help you learn.
What matters most is your mindset.

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree

• Interest in technology, sales, and customer solutions

• Some experience in a technical, sales, or project role is a plus

• Comfortable working in English and Icelandic

• Curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions

• Able to handle multiple tasks and keep a clear overview

• A team player who likes working with different people
