Kitchen Assistant & Dishwasher – Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 07:00–15:00

Höfðakaffi is looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join us at Vagnhöfði 11 in Reykjavík.

This is a full-time (100%) daytime position, with normal working hours Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00.

This is a hands-on kitchen support role where dishwashing, cleaning and basic food preparation are all regular daily responsibilities. The role also includes packing meals and delivering lunches to businesses. We’re looking for someone who is happy to move between these tasks and help wherever needed throughout the day.

Main responsibilities

• Dishwashing, cleaning and keeping work areas tidy.

• Assisting with basic food preparation and portioning.

• Packing and preparing orders for delivery.

• Delivering meals to businesses.

Requirements

• A valid category B driving licence.

• A clean criminal record.

• Ability to communicate in English or Icelandic.

• Punctuality, reliability and tidy working habits.

• A positive attitude towards teamwork and willingness to help where needed.

• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
