Við leitum að hreinsitækni (Manufacturing Cleaning Specialist) til að ganga til liðs við teymið okkar hjá Alvotech. Í þessu hlutverki berð þú ábyrgð á að framkvæma og hafa eftirlit með þrifum á GMP svæðum, þar á meðal rannsóknarstofum gæðadeildar og lager. Starfið fer fram í samræmi við verklagsreglur, GMP-kröfur og EHS staðla.
Helstu verkefni fela í sér að tryggja aðgengi að hreinsiefnum og búnaði, sjá um örugga meðhöndlun og förgun efnaúrgangs ásamt nákvæmri skráningu á öllum þrifaferlum.
Um er að ræða vaktavinnu frá kl. 15:00–23:00.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Alvotech. In this role, you will be responsible for performing and overseeing cleaning activities in GMP-classified areas, including QC laboratories and warehouse zones, in full compliance with approved procedures and EHS standards. You will ensure the availability of cleaning materials, handle chemical waste safely, and maintain accurate real-time documentation.
The position requires working shifts from 15:00–23:00.
Work location: Sæmundargata 15-19 and Lambhagavegur 7.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee cleaning activities in GMP-classified areas, including QC laboratories and Warehouse zones (e.g., CNC, Grade D, and Grade C), in accordance with approved procedures.
- Carry out cleaning duties during the assigned shift hours from 15:00 to 23:00.
- Ensure adequate stocking and availability of approved cleaning agents, disinfectants, and consumables for all classified areas.
- Handle, segregate, and dispose of chemical waste generated in QC labs and Warehouse areas in compliance with site procedures and EHS regulations.
- Comply fully with all applicable company policies and procedures, with particular emphasis on Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), and GMP requirements.
- Execute all assigned tasks safely and in a compliant manner, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of cleaning and related activities in controlled documents (e.g., SOPs, forms, logbooks).
- Support additional tasks or duties related to cleaning and facility upkeep as assigned by management.
- Proactively communicate with management, providing feedback on continuous improvement opportunities and reporting any deviations or non-compliance.
- Ensure real-time (contemporaneous) completion of GMP documentation, including logbooks and cleaning records.
- Participate in and support the concurrent review of documentation as defined in relevant procedures.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Good command of English (written and verbal) sufficient to understand procedures and complete documentation.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in compliance with GMP and EHS standards within controlled environments.
- Basic knowledge and/or experience in GMP-regulated operations (QC labs, Warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or operational role is desirable.
