Cleaner/Runner

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and flexible Cleaner / Relief Cleaner (Runner) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is willing to support different projects and locations as needed.

The position involves covering for employees during holidays, sickness absences, and other staffing needs, while ensuring that our clients continue to receive high-quality cleaning services. The role may also include product deliveries, special cleaning assignments, and support with various operational projects.

Key Responsibilities Cleaning Services

• Perform daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks according to company standards and job descriptions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in offices, commercial premises, common areas, sanitary facilities, and other assigned locations.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to management.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Staff Coverage

• Provide cover for employees during annual leave, sickness, and other absences.
• Adapt quickly to different client locations, schedules, and cleaning requirements.
• Ensure continuity and quality of service during staff absences.

Deliveries and Logistics

• Deliver cleaning products, equipment, and supplies to client locations when required.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining company inventory.
• Support the distribution and collection of keys, access cards, and other operational materials.

Special Projects

• • Participate in deep cleaning, industrial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other special projects.
  • Assist with seasonal work and additional assignments during peak periods.
  • Support supervisors and management with operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, is required.
• Clean Criminal Record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexible and willing to work at different locations.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
