Guide at Mega Zipline Iceland (for summer 2026)
We are looking for adventure seeking guides to help manage and organise the company’s rides and activities in one of Iceland’s flagship adventure attractions. The location is in Hveragerði and the zipline is open from April 1st to 25th of October. Different start dates are available, reflecting varying staffing needs throughout the season (with lower demand in spring and autumn).

Welcome, check in, and assist guests at the Mega Zipline facilities in Hveragerði

Handle reception duties, including bookings, check-ins, and guest inquiries
(experience with the Bókun booking system is an advantage) -
Deliver clear safety briefings and activity introductions to guests

Conduct daily inspections of zipline equipment and safety gear

Operate shuttle services for guest transport

Safely load and unload guests on zipline activities

Perform all duties in accordance with environmental, safety, and quality standards

Assist with other related tasks and general operational duties as required
- Good communication skills, service orientation and a positive outlook are necessary skills.

Solid understanding of safety-critical operations; experience with ropes, zip lines, rescue work, or similar environments is a strong advantage.

First aid training will be provided but Wilderness First Responder or equivalent is a major plus.

Background as a guide or licensed tour guide is an advantage.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Comfortable working hands-on in an outdoor environment.
