By combining cutting-edge technology, clinically validated diagnostics, and compassionate, patient-centered care, Nox delivers comprehensive solutions for sleep apnea, insomnia, and other sleep-related conditions.
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Content Manager to connect scientific research with commercial strategy—transforming clinical evidence into impactful, clinically grounded marketing materials. In close collaboration with Product Management, Research, Marketing, and Sales, you will ensure all messaging is accurate, evidence-based, and aligned with our strategic goals.
This position can be based on-site in Reykjavík or remote, with some minor travel expected.
What you'll do

- Support global sales enablement with clinically credible presentations, product evidence summaries, and training resources for both internal teams and distribution partners.
- Oversee the content approval process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency with regulatory and branding standards.
- Stay informed on relevant scientific developments and evolving industry guidelines to inform content strategy.
Qualifications
- A degree in Life Sciences, medicine, biomedicine, or a related field, is preferred; formal training in science communication is a plus.

- Proven ability to transform complex clinical data into persuasive, audience-specific messaging.
- Experience creating content for multiple channels—digital, print, and conference presentations.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to develop, maintain and execute a strategic editorial calendar.
- Native English speaker with exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to work cross-functionally across R&D, marketing, and commercial teams.
