Here is the thing: We are opening our darts & karaoke bar in downtown Reykjavík in a few weeks and we really need a bar manager.

It could be you. If you are ready and able to lead a team of fun and hard working bartenders and help us deliver amazing food, drinks and service at all times.

SKOR is a party & darts bar that offers computer-assisted darts as well as one of the best karaoke rooms in town! SKOR will open in the coming weeks at a new location in Hafnartorg, downtown Reykjavík.

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Restaurant or management experience is preferred.

Awesome communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights and weekends.

Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð

Lead our team of servers and bartenders.

Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.

Hire and train staff to provide excellent service to guests.

Create effective schedules and ensure the bar is well staffed during peak hours.

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests.

Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.

Manage guest groups and instruct with darts games and karaoke.
