The opportunity

Teva is seeking a motivated professional to join the Finance team for Actavis and Medis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment with exposure to diverse markets and business operations. How you’ll spend your day

• Collaborate with the AP team and business units to code invoices for approval
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts
• Approve and monitor payment plans according to the company policies
• Manage reconciliations and reporting for Icelandic VAT and withholding tax
• Perform other reconciliations as required
• Oversee internal and external financial reporting and communications
• Support annual closings and audits
• Drive efficiencies in processess and support their implementation within the company
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining corporate policies in Iceland
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Your experience and qualifications

• Strong accounting background and solid understanding of bookkeeping
• Education in accounting or finance preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to resolve issues and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus
• Oral and written fluency in English, Icelandic represents a strong asset
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
• Experience in an international environment is a plus
