Pick & Pack Supervisor

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Organize daily tasks of P&P agents in respect of Security, Health and Safety requirements,
• Assigning Flight orders of the day.
• Ensure all orders are issued accurately and packed securely according to customer and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Manage labor resources effectively, including scheduling and shift planning.
• Address and resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods.
• Perform any other duties as required or assigned by Management.

Education and Qualifications:

• Qualifications:
• Good Communication skills
• Good level of English
• Team working skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in this role or a similar role
• Leadership Role in the past

Skills:

• Attention to details
• Good analytical skills
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment
• Attendance, diligence, punctuality, reliability
• Excel software and reporting skills

Competencies:

• Meet deadlines
• Good level of English, both oral and in writing
• Knowledge of HACCP
