Full-time shop assistant (Ice Cream and Chocolate Store)

We’re looking for a full-time Shop Assistant who is enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for every customer. Must be in Iceland already and available to start immediately!

About the role:

• Craft and serve our signature ice creams with care and precision

• Sell and talk about our chocolate products

• Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide excellent service

• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately

• Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized shop

• Assist with lifting boxes and supplies as needed

• Stand for varying lengths of time throughout your shift

• 2-2-3 rotating shift plan, including weekends and holidays

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly and outgoing personality

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required—training provided
