Demand generation and paid media expert

We are looking for a driven Demand Generation and Paid Media Expert to join our Marketing team. You’ll be part of the international marketing team that handles LS Retail’s global marketing. You will be responsible for the full top- and mid-funnel strategy, from planning and running paid campaigns, to generating and nurturing high-quality leads, to analyzing results and adjusting tactics to achieve the company’s business goals.

We are looking for a sharp marketer, ideally with experience in B2B software. If you combine strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and know how to use measurable, scalable acquisition tactics, we’d love to get to know you!

This is a hands-on, results-oriented role perfect for someone who’s eager to make an impact and is great at collaborating with diverse, international teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable writing texts, creating content, and executing campaigns with minimal guidance. At the same time, you will be working closely with the rest of the Marketing team, and with other teams within LS Retail, to ensure consistency of messaging and to maximize effectiveness.

Core responsibilities:

  • Account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Create and execute multi-touch campaigns aimed at key accounts or verticals.
  • Align closely with Sales to define MQL/SQL criteria.
  • Use content, advertising, and events to drive pipeline.
  • Nurture long buying journeys with email and remarketing.
  • Lead generation and campaign strategy
  • Build targeting strategies using firmographic, behavioral, and intent-based signals.
  • o Become an expert on the company’s marketing and sales content, and use it effectively to attract and nurture leads.
  • Help develop offers (such as whitepapers, webinars, case studies) that attract decision-makers in retail and hospitality.
  • Run multi-channel demand gen campaigns across multiple channels (including LinkedIn, Google Ads, content syndication, and email).
  • Performance analytics and optimization
  • Track campaign metrics, pipeline impact, and ROAS using GA4, LinkedIn Insights, HubSpot/Dynamics data.

  • Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, UTM best practices
  • HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • CRM systems (Dynamics 365 CRM in particular)
  • 6sense, Demandbase or similar (if using ABM/intent data)
