We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to join our team at Alvotech to lead our maintenance team and to ensure the optimal performance of our facilities, equipment and infrastructure. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, safety and compliance across all areas of our business.

Scope and Responsibility

• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, engineers and contractors
• Manage staffing schedules, performance reviews and team development
• Lead activities to adjust and adapt maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime and quick response to equipment failures
• Analyze maintenance and operational data and make strategic decisions accordingly
• Report on a set of pre-defined Maintenance operations KPI’s
• Maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for accurate tracking of work orders and asset history.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP, FDA, OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are executed within company’s and legal EHS regulations
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis for equipment failures and deviations.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and technical expertise.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good English verbal and writing skills
