Datacenter Customer Support Technician

Verne Global Data Center is looking to hire Datacenter Support Techinicians for daily operations and Customer Support.

The ideal candidate for the position must have a willingness to learn at place or/and would have experience working with computers at hardware level.

It is essential that the candidate have a good command of the English language and can express themself verbally and in writing. The position includes both regular and shift work.

Provide world class customer support and service to Verne Global hf. worldwide innovative customers and helping them with operating their high-performance computing environment.
Provide work that complies with Operational best practices, standards procedures, manuals and guidelines.
Perform regular physical system inspections and monitoring.
Assist in securing the site and inform Manager/Supervisor on any irregularities.
Participate in systems development and improvement projects.
Participate in employee training and continuous improvement program
Comply with site health and safety requirements
