Eleven Experience is an international travel company that strives to provide unique and personalized services to its customers. Eleven offers world-class luxury accommodation and organizes unforgettable adventure trips and experiences tailored to individual's wishes.
This is an exciting and demanding job with great potential and opportunities for the right person. Candidates should have a keen eye for details and should be willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.&nbsp;
SCOPE OF WORK:
<ul>
<li>Cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house</li>
<li>Laundry duties for the lodge operation</li>
<li>Occasional cleaning duties in&nbsp;other outposts</li>
<li>Consistent professional, friendly, and engaging service</li>
<li>Ensuring housekeeping departmental standards are followed</li>
<li>Responding timely to guests&rsquo; special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.</li>
<li>Reporting necessary maintenance items</li>
<li>Following departmental policies and procedures</li>
<li>Following all safety and sanitation policies</li>
<li>Working with PLM operational system&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assisting other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>English language skills are required</li>
<li>Prioritizing and time management skills</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Highly responsible and reliable</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a multicultural team&nbsp;</li>
<li>Valid driving license is preferred</li>
<li>Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus</li>
<li>The candidates must live in the North near Deplar Farm or be willing to relocate.&nbsp;</li>
