Winter Adventure Guide

ARE YOU ELEVEN?

Eleven Experience in Iceland is now seeking to hire Adventure Guides at Deplar Farm for the 25/26 winter season, with contracts running from 1st October 2025 until 28th of February 2026, and potentially beyond.

Eleven Experience is an international travel company that strives to provide unique and personalized services to its customers. Eleven offers world-class luxury accommodation and organizes unforgettable adventure trips and experiences tailored to individual's wishes.

This is a very exciting time at Deplar Farm, especially for the guide team as we continue to elevate the adventure experience and take it right up to Eleven.

SCOPE OF WORK

Safely guide our guests on a wide variety of adventure activities
Assess guest ability and customise adventures to suit their needs
Provide excellent, personalised, service to the guests at Deplar Farm
Work closely with third parties in the delivery of some adventure activities
Uphold the company’s exemplary standards at all times
Follow operational procedures
Miscellaneous preparation work and logistical support for colleagues
Assist different departments throughout the day with various tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS

Wide ranging experience or education in professional guiding

High level of physical fitness and the ability to operate in extreme weather

Problem solver with ability to think creatively
Ability to work effectively, and with a positive impact, within in a small team
Efficient and clear communicator
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Ability to work under pressure
Exceptional organisational skills
Strong knowlege of Iceland, ideally the Troll Peninsula
Lives in the north of Iceland, near Deplar Farm, or willing to relocate for duration of employment
Wilderness First Responder certification or equivalent
Driving license
