What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a similar role
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team players with excellent communication skills
Fluent in English (Icelandic is a plus)

Ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail at every stage of the guest experience
Knowledge of different cuisines including nordic/Scandinavian, French and continental European
Knowledge of wine pairing
Experience catering to high end parties of more than 150 people
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
Communicating clearly and effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
Handling guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care
Supporting a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Demonstrating consistency, reliability, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting
Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and upholding the standards of a fine dining restaurant
