Sales Associate – Luxury Shoe Store
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our luxury shoe store in the heart of Reykjavík on Laugavegur.
The ideal candidate is service-minded, reliable, well-presented, and passionate about fashion and quality footwear. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to a premium shopping experience.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and styling advice
- Process sales and handle payments
- Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation
- Receive and organize inventory
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Support daily store operations
Educational and skill requirements
- Fluent Icelandic and English are mandatory
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in fashion, luxury products, and footwear
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, organized, and customer-oriented
