We at the Reykjavík EDITION are seeking talented pastry chefs to expand our pastry department.
For the pastry chef role we look for motivated talents to prepare quality and consistent breads and pastries for all areas, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep check list. Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring equipment to prepare baked foods.

For the commis chef role, you will be primarily responsible for preparing ingredients and mis en place for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storage.
