Ace FBO - Operations Officer
ACE FBO is a leading Fixed Base Operator in Iceland. With more than 40 years of operation in the aviation industry, we have built a professional international team, with excellent language and technical skills. We offer a variety of Ground Services to private Aircrafts and Military, their Crew & Passengers.
We are looking for Operations Officers based on Keflavik Airport to start as soon as possible. An Ops Officer's job is divided between the office work and work on the ramp.
You will be trained on the company's operation and systems (notably Regla, Notion for the office and marshalling, towing, de-icing and others ground handling services on the ramp).
As an Operations Officer, you would be responsible for the following:
- Client Correspondence.
- Ground Services of Aircraft.
- Taking care of our clients’ needs.
(Hotel Arrangements, Transportation, Catering Arrangements). - Work alongside Customs & Border Control.
Aviation background is not compulsory, but we are looking for motivated individuals, able to work well independently, in a team environment and wanting to gain or increase knowledge in the aviation industry.
A summary of the requirements would be as follows:
- Full Professional English Proficiency.
- Good understanding of software systems, e.g., MsOutlook, MsExcel, MsWord, Adobe.
- Live in proximity of Keflavik Airport.
- Holds a valid Driver’s License.
- Clean and Clear Criminal record.
- Advantage: Have equipment licenses (Forklift, Small Cranes). (Not compulsory)
