As an Inside Sales Agent at Teya, you will be a key player in driving our sales success through effective engagement, relationship building, and sales conversion. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities to ensure our customers receive personalized and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Sales Engagement:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential customers via email, website, and other communication channels.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their questions, and provide information about our products and services.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to earn their trust and loyalty.
- Tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs and provide exceptional service.
Sales Conversion:
- Utilize persuasive and consultative sales techniques to guide potential customers through the sales process and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and maintain a high conversion rate.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively convey their value to potential customers.
- Continuously update and share product information with potential customers.
Sales Documentation:
- Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales details in the CRM system.
- Generate quotes and proposals as needed to facilitate the sales process.
Follow-Up:
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.
Communication Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
Customer Focus:
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs.
Sales Techniques:
- Basic understanding of persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
Relationship Building:
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
Product Knowledge:

CRM Proficiency:
- Basic proficiency in using CRM systems to accurately record customer interactions and sales details.
