New colleague for Lava café in Vík from the middle of September
For our busy café in Vík, we are looking for new friend for long term from the middle of September.
Our team is full of positive and friendly people that like to help each other so on that note it would be great to have another team player.
Currently and our shifts are usually from 7:30 to 19:30 o'clock in the café but sometimes in a month there are short shifts to attend. However, the contract is for a 100% full time job.
There is provided shared accommodation within walking distance to work (private room but shared kitchen and bathrooms) for a fee.
The main tasks that you will need to be able to do in the café are:
- preparing sandwiches, pastries, smoothies 🥯🥐🍌
- serving customers over the counter 😊
- making coffees and other hot drinks ☕️🫖
- cooking (we have two pastas and one soup on the menu)👨🍳
- doing the deliveries, washing the dishes, tables 🍽
Experience in gastronomy welcomed, not required.
