Mowi - Sales Manager Iceland

Mowi is seeking a Sales Manager Iceland to take clear commercial ownership of Icelandic volumes within Mowi Markets. Mowi is the parent company of Arctic Fish that operates in Iceland and Mowi is responsible for the sale of Arctic Fish products. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, knows how to build trust across a demanding international organization, and keeps the interests of the broader group front of mind.

Iceland represents a distinct part of Mowi's production portfolio. Operations are geographically dispersed, the supply chain is complex, and effective volume and harvest coordination requires close collaboration with Arctic Fish Farming and other units within the Markets team. Success here demands someone who views their contribution through the lens of what is best for Mowi as a whole - not just the market they manage.

The position reports to the Sales Director Norway and Iceland and may be based in Bergen or Reykjavik. The working language is English.
