

Guide at Mega Zipline Iceland (for Fall 2026)
Join the team at Mega Zipline Iceland for the final part of our 2026 season! We are looking for enthusiastic, adventure-seeking guides to join our team from 1 September to 25 October 2026. We have both full-time and part-time positions available.
Training will take place during August, with successful applicants expected to complete their training before beginning regular shifts on 1 September.
Based in Hveragerði, one of Iceland’s most popular adventure destinations, you’ll help deliver unforgettable experiences

Welcome, check in, and assist guests at the Mega Zipline facilities in Hveragerði

Handle reception duties, including bookings, check-ins, and guest inquiries
(experience with the Bókun booking system is an advantage) -
Deliver clear safety briefings and activity introductions to guests

Conduct daily inspections of zipline equipment and safety gear

Operate shuttle services for guest transport

Safely load and unload guests on zipline activities

Perform all duties in accordance with environmental, safety, and quality standards

Assist with other related tasks and general operational duties as required
- Good communication skills, service orientation and a positive outlook are necessary skills.

Solid understanding of safety-critical operations; experience with ropes, zip lines, rescue work, or similar environments is a strong advantage.

First aid training will be provided but Wilderness First Responder or equivalent is a major plus.

Background as a guide or licensed tour guide is an advantage.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Comfortable working hands-on in an outdoor environment.
