Eleven Experience in Iceland is now seeking a chef to work at Deplar Farm. At Deplar Farm we aim to give our guests a first class culinary experience with an emphasis on Icelandic ingredients and sourcing our ingredients from the surrounding area. All meals at Deplar Farm are made in house. The culinary team at Deplar Farm has been prominent in the Icelandic F&B scene for the last few years. This is an exciting and demanding job with great potential and opportunities for the right people/right person. The job is full time and is based in the north at Deplar Farm.

Scope of work:

Create a unique dining experience for guests with an emphasis on Icelandic ingredients
Create and maintain an ambitious culinary scene at Deplar Farm

Requirements:

Experience in fine dining, upscale cuisine
Great organizational skills and flexibility on the job
Great service attitude
Initiative, creativity, and independent working methods
Proficient English skills are a requirement
Good communication skills
Lives in the north of Iceland or is willing to relocate
