Key Account Manager

We are building our STIM team in Iceland, simultaneously recruiting a Key Account Manager and an Aquatic Veterinarian to serve our customers and grow our presence in this exciting new part of the aquaculture world.

A strong focus on fish health and biological results must be at the forefront as aquaculture grows in Iceland. This is what STIM does and this what we can offer to the industry in Iceland; through our own products and innovations, production protocols and advisory services drawing from 30 years of experience in fish farming.

For our Key Account Manager position we seek a highly motivated and qualified professional to manage the key accounts within our customer portfolio and work to expand our presence in Icelandic aquaculture.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Provide technical and sales support to our customer base
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and drive profitable growth with assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Analyze customer and market trends to accurately forecast demand for assigned accounts
  • Coach and monitor the performance of relevant colleagues
Educational and skill requirements
  • Essential: Knowledge and experience in the aquaculture industry
  • Preferred: Sales experience and strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in computer literacy
  • Ability to perform well under deadlines
  • Full driving license and willingness to undertake work related travel
