
Customer Experience Administrator
At Nox Medical, we design technology that helps people sleep better. Our distributors play a vital role in bringing our solutions to the world, and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Administrator who will ensure their journey with us is seamless, reliable, and consistently supported.
The Customer Experience Administrator is responsible for day-to-day overview of Return Material Authorizations (RMA) cases and communication with distributors and internal teams. This role also supports our Sales Operations and Distributor Success functions.
The Customer Experience team operates in a highly regulated environment and ensures that procedures and support meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an overview of RMA requests and case status across internal systems
- Serve as the main point of contact for distributors regarding RMA cases.
- Provide accurate and timely RMA updates to distributors.
- Ensure RMA cases are complete within time limits and are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain internal tracking and documentation.
- Support RMA data and reporting
- Support Sales Fulfilment with order-related questions when needed.
- Participate in improvement projects within Customer Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- Service-oriented attitude and the willingness to find solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working in a regulated environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear messages.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Background in customer operations, coordination or customer support.
- Experience with ERP systems is a benefit.
