The Service Representative at Alvotech plays an important role in the company’s day-to-day operations. This is a varied service role focused on professional reception, strong communication skills, and providing support to employees and visitors. The Service Representative works across departments and contributes to the smooth operation of the office environment.

Scope and responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, handle phone calls, and deliver excellent service.

• Provide daily support to employees across the organization, locally and globally.

• Manage office supplies and refreshments, including inventory and restocking.

• Support internal events, coordination, and various ad hoc tasks.

Job requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

• Previous experience in a service-related role.

• Strong verbal and written skills in both Icelandic and English.

• Service-minded with good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driving license.
