Talent Acquisition Support Specialist (6‑Month Contract)

Alvotech óskar eftir að ráða Talent Acquisition Support Specialist í 6 mánaða tímabundið starf til að styðja við ráðningar- og mannauðsferla. Starfið felur í sér stuðning við ráðningar, markaðsrannsóknir, viðtalabókanir, samskipti við umsækjendur, uppfærslur í ráðningarkerfi og önnur tilfallandi verkefni.

Join our Talent & People Experience team and help us build a best‑in‑class recruitment and HR function. In this 6‑month fixed‑term role, you’ll support with sourcing, candidate coordination, market research, and operational excellence.

Scope and Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing and talent pipeline development via LinkedIn and job boards.

  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to strengthen sourcing strategies.

  • Manage interview scheduling, ATS updates, and candidate communication.

  • Maintain and update HR intranet pages and manage the HR mailbox.

  • Assist with recruitment administration, onboarding support, and compliance tasks.

  • Contribute to ad‑hoc Talent & People improvement projects.

  • Support agency tracking and budget monitoring tasks.

Requirements

  • University degree in human resource management, work and organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proactive, good computer skills, and comfortable working in fast‑moving environments.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and willingness to support the talent team.
