Starfsmaður í móttöku/Receptionist
Our vibrant and dynamic team is on the lookout for an experienced receptionists to join our ranks. Full time and part time. Main tasks and responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Manage incoming calls and emails ensuring prompt and accurate answer
- Maintain a neat and organized reception, shop, cafe area
- Handle orders
- Create a positive and energetic atmosphere in the office.
- Assist in the cafeteria/ coffee or shop area as required.
Educational and skill requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly and welcoming personality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Good spoken and written English (Icelandic is a big plus).
