Sales & Marketing Lead

The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Sales & Marketing Lead to take our go-to-market efforts to the next level. This role will be key in shaping how Alda reaches, acquires, and retains customers as we scale globally.

  • Own and execute Alda’s go-to-market strategy across sales and marketing
  • Lead the sales pipeline from strategy to closing deals, including outbound, inbound, and partnerships
  • Manage the business development and marketing team, setting priorities and ensuring strong collaboration
  • Work closely with the CEO on high-value opportunities, pitch materials, and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and oversee campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates across the funnel
  • Ensure alignment between marketing messaging and sales outreach to drive consistent brand positioning
  • Collaborate with the product teams and customer success

  • Experience in B2B sales, marketing, and/or growth roles
  • Experience managing people or cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution abilities 
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and performance analytics
