Rental Agent

We are looking for a service minded rental agent with a bubbly personality to join the Cozy Team, starting as soon as possible.

Shift format: 2-2-3
Working hours: 8:00-19:00

Main tasks & Responsibility

The job is very diverse, but mainly involves:

• Overseeing the front desk
• Assisting customers on arrival/departure
• Communication with customers regarding general inquiries and booking assistance
• Overseeing laundry / kitchen facilities
• Transporting customers with our shuttle
• Other incidental tasks

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Independent and organized work methods
• Good communication skills
• Good English skills are mandatory
• Good skills in other languages is an advantage
• Driving license
• Non smoking
• Similar work experience is an advantage
