About

Quality Assurance Lead

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead with 7–10 years of experience to define our quality vision and drive excellence across our product suite of mission-critical Air Traffic Control systems.

As the ideal candidate, you are the architect of our quality strategy. You don't just manage testing; you foster a culture of quality ownership and collaboration in your team; across disciplines; and across the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Define and own the QA strategy, policies, and standards in alignment with our business and product objectives.
Evolve our test automation strategy (integration, system, and end-to-end), ensuring it is maintainable, scalable, and integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Lead, support, and mentor the QA team through regular 1:1s, actionable feedback, and individual development plans.
Partner with Development, Product, and DevOps to proactively address quality risks and ensure release readiness.
Establish and monitor KPIs and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Evaluate and select modern test tools and frameworks, balancing effectiveness with long-term sustainability.

Professional Requirements

At least 7–10 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance/Engineering, including proven leadership in a senior role.
A University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
ISTQB Certified Tester with a solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern automation practices.
A security and safety-first mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to coach and mentor a technical team while taking ownership of outcomes.

It is a plus if you have:

Knowledge of Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems.
Experience in safety-critical or regulated environments.
