Marketing & Growth Lead

As our Marketing & Growth Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance our market presence.

Support pre-sales activities by creating compelling presentations, demos, and sales enablement materials
Lead market research initiatives and identify growth opportunities
Design and implement marketing campaigns to target specific markets
Manage and grow our pipeline of inbound leads
Organize and execute events, including conferences and webinars
Create and manage content for website, social media, and marketing materials
Collaborate with product teams to ensure aligned messaging
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize performance
Manage the company’s CRM system and maintain customer relationships

4+ years of marketing or business development experience, preferably in SaaS or travel technology
Demonstrated track record of driving growth through successful inbound lead generation
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset who excels in a fast-paced startup environment
Hands-on executor who can manage marketing campaigns and deliver results
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
Ambitious and proactive individual eager to demonstrate their capabilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
