

Car Cleaning and Preparation Employee
As a Car Cleaning and Preparation Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will be responsible for preparing our cars and campers for rental, maintaining a clean and organized workplace, and supporting other key operations. This role is essential to delivering the top-quality experience our customers expect.
Vehicle Cleaning & Preparation

Thoroughly clean and sanitize vehicles inside and out, including washing, vacuuming, and polishing.

Perform quality checks to ensure all vehicles meet company standards before being rented out.

Monitor and top up essential fluids (e.g., oil, diesel, petrol, windshield washer fluid).

Inspect and replace wiper blades, ensure spare tires and other critical components are in place.

Confirm all booked accessories (e.g., Wi-Fi docks, GPS units) are present and functional.

Take detailed photos of vehicles to document pre-existing damage or wear.
Facility Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot, ensuring vehicles are parked properly.

Keep office, customer waiting areas, and common spaces clean and presentable.

Dispose of waste properly and assist with recycling efforts.
Other Support

Occasionally assist with shuttle driving duties for customers (e.g., to/from the airport).

Provide support with other operational tasks as needed.
Camper Van Preparation

Clean, restock, and prepare camper vans, ensuring all systems and features are in working order.

Perform basic maintenance checks on camper vans including fluids, tire pressure, and equipment.

Handle laundry and restocking supplies for camper use.
Teamwork & Collaboration

Participate in regular team meetings, contributing feedback and suggestions.

Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or similar roles is preferred.

Familiarity with cleaning methods, equipment, and materials.

Excellent attention to detail and proactive cleaning habits.

Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.

Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, crouching, and standing for long periods.

Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Basic knowledge of using tablets and computers.

Valid driver’s license (Category B).

Availability to work in a 2-2-3 shift system.
