We are seeking a talented and creative Glass Balustrade Designer to join our team. In this role, you will help clients transform their homes and businesses with beautiful, safe, and innovative glass balustrade solutions. · Design custom glass balustrade systems for staircases, balconies, terraces, and more
· Consult with clients to understand their vision, space, and budget requirements
· Select appropriate materials, finishes, and ensure compliance with local building codes
· Prepare and present design proposals and project quotes
· Oversee the installation process to guarantee safety, quality, and client satisfaction
· Maintain a portfolio of work and stay updated on industry trends and implement new design software.
· Strong understanding of structural requirements and local safety standards
· Excellent creativity and attention to detail
· Good communication and client management skills
· Familiarity with design software and technical drawings is an asset
