Room Cleaning Attendant
• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to EDITION brand standards
• Replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies
• Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring guest rooms are immaculate
• Ensuring all work areas meet hygiene and safety standards
Mini Bar Attendant
• Restocking and organizing in‑room minibars
• Monitoring consumption and posting charges accurately
• Ensuring product freshness and proper rotation
• Reporting discrepancies or maintenance issues
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of minibar storage areas
Public Area Attendant
• Cleaning and maintaining all public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms
• Ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently met throughout the hotel
• Responding to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Supporting special event setups when required
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns
Front Desk Agent
• Welcoming guests and providing seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences

Night Auditor
• Completing daily financial reconciliation and night audit reports
• Managing late check‑ins, early departures, and overnight guest needs
• Monitoring hotel safety and security during nighttime hours
• Preparing operational summaries for morning management
• Ensuring accuracy of front office transactions
Concierge
• Providing personalized recommendations and curated guest experiences
• Assisting with reservations, transportation, and itinerary planning
• Maintaining strong knowledge of local culture, dining, and events
• Engaging with the guests through Lobby presence and assistance
• Coordinating with internal teams to elevate guest satisfaction
Guest Experience Agent
• Acting as the primary point of contact for guest needs and preferences
• Managing pre‑arrival communication and special requests
• Resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Call centre operations
• Ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable EDITION stay
Bellman
• Assisting guests with luggage, transportation, and hotel orientation
• Escorting guests to rooms and explaining key features
• Maintaining lobby presence and offering proactive support
• Handling deliveries, storage, and guest belongings with care
• Supporting the Front Office team during peak periods
SPA Therapist
• Delivering a range of spa treatments according to EDITION standards
• Providing personalized wellness recommendations
• Maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene protocols
• Ensuring a serene, luxurious spa environment
