BAKER
- Prepare and bake daily breads, viennoiserie, and bakery items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper dough preparation, fermentation, baking, and storage procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
- Assist with stock control, mise en place, and efficient use of raw materials
COMMIS PASTRY
- Assist in the preparation of desserts, pastries, and bakery items under supervision
- Support mise en place, plating, and basic production tasks for service
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Learn recipes, techniques, and department procedures while supporting the team
PASTRY SUPERVISOR / SHIFT LEADER
- Supervise daily pastry and bakery operations during assigned shifts
- Plan shifts, allocate duties, and ensure adequate staffing for production and service
- Manage ordering, stock levels, and proper use of ingredients to control costs
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, training, and full compliance with hygiene standards
