The Reykjavik EDITION is looking for its next Front Desk Agent, Bellman and Guest Experience Agent
We are looking for ambitious full- and part-time staff. Good English is essential, further language skills are an advantage. The minimum age of the applicant is 20 years.

For Front Desk Agent main tasks will be:
- At EDITION, our Front Desk Team is one of the first points of contact for our guests, and in doing so, the Receptionist shall provide exception service at all times – it’s the only way to create truly lasting memories.
- The reception team is responsible for: guest check-ins, which includes confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys. Processes all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Processes all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
For Bellman main tasks will be:
- Valet Parking and retrieval of cars for guests staying/visiting the hotel on request.
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
- Assist Concierge, Front Office, and Housekeeping staff with guest requests and services
For Guest Experience Agent main tasks will be:
- Responsible for ensuring our guest receive a unique creative experience throughout their stay.
- Responsible to organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest experience activities including; handling all incoming guest phone calls, requests and changes. Process all guest requests and relay message
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest
